Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OrgTrust ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided to active users.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform. One person may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Digital Business Cards & Company Profiles

You retain ownership of the content you create on OrgTrust. By making your card or company profile public, you grant OrgTrust a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content through our Platform, APIs, and embeddable widgets.

You may not post false, misleading, or fraudulent information. OrgTrust reserves the right to verify claimed company affiliations and remove or flag unverified content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation
  • Scrape or harvest data from the Platform without authorization
  • Use the Platform for spam, phishing, or other abusive purposes
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise Platform security
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. Plans & Payments

OrgTrust offers Free and Pro plans. Pro plan features are subject to the subscription fees published on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Pro subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your public profiles will be removed and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

OrgTrust is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
